The Role

As a Recruiter , you will play a key role in securing new business, identifying top-tier candidates, and helping build talented teams for some of the most exciting brands in the fashion, beauty, food & beverage, and wellness industries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to take ownership of their success.

What You’ll Do

Build & Maintain Client Relationships – Connect with hiring managers, secure new business, and grow client partnerships.

Source & Screen Top Talent – Identify, interview, and place skilled candidates in roles that match their expertise.

Market Open Roles & Your Brand – Use LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and job boards to attract both clients and candidates.

Develop Industry Expertise – Stay up to date with trends in DTC, e-commerce, and wholesale within fashion, beauty, and wellness.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency setting.
  • Deep industry relationships within fashion, clean beauty, wellness, or food & beverage.
  • Strong knowledge of DTC, e-commerce, and digital-based companies.
  • Confidence & communication skills – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and connect with people.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re a self-starter looking to build a business within an agency.
  • Tech-savviness – comfortable with Google Suite, Excel, scheduling tools, ATS systems, and digital tools.
