A company is looking for a Manager, Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
Motivate and manage the Service Desk team through performance coaching and regular meetings
Oversee incident management and ensure excellent customer service through defined metrics
Collaborate with other managers to improve operational efficiencies and maintain high technical knowledge
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a service desk or similar team
Strong understanding of information technology and remote desktop support
Experience with performance metrics and customer service excellence
Knowledge of ITIL practices is preferred
Familiarity with various IT technologies, including cloud services and virtualization technologies
