About the Organization

The Calibration team applies cutting-edge computer vision and machine learning algorithms to solve challenges such as : camera-to-lidar and camera-to-camera calibration, visual odometry, and visual localisation. Unblocking these provides Woven by Toyota with a unique opportunity to develop safe, efficient, and intuitive self-driving systems.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines and leverage data derived from one of the largest vehicle networks in the world to accelerate autonomous driving technology
• Work on distributed computer vision and machine learning systems to deploy algorithms at an unprecedented scale
• Collaborate with vehicle engineers and operators to ensure exceptional calibration quality for optimal vehicle deployment, enhancing autonomous driving performance
• Contribute to innovative calibration techniques, working alongside a diverse team of Computer Vision and Machine Learning engineers
• Be a team player; uplift others through mentoring and inclusion efforts

For positions based in Palo Alto, CA, the base pay for this position ranges from $140,000- $230,000 a year.

Your base salary is one part of your total compensation. We offer a base salary, short term and long term incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and level.
