Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide Accounts Receivable and Collections services in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for billing and collection inquiries, resolving complex issues

Perform Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, and account reconciliation

Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions for billing and receivables strategies

Required Qualifications

Two to four years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

One year of experience in an ERP-based Accounts Receivable environment preferred

Active Accounts Receivable Specialist Certification preferred

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with SAP preferred
