Key Responsibilities
Assess existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and develop process models
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into specifications
Implement process changes and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
