Commercial General Liability Adjuster

A company is looking for a Commercial General Liability Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, investigate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial claims

Manage CGL litigated cases, including coverage, liability, and damages disputes

Collaborate with defense counsel and other parties to achieve timely claim resolutions

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of Commercial General Liability Litigation experience with an insurance carrier

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; industry designation preferred

Must secure and maintain appropriate state adjuster licenses and continuing education credits

Strong understanding of applicable statutes, regulations, and case law

Experience with managing litigation expenses
