About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of level III or level IV NICU experience.

License : Valid Registered Nurse License

Certifications : BLS, NRP

Must-Have : Charge experience is strongly preferred

Description :

The NICU RN is responsible for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care.

This includes direct patient care, patient and family education, and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.

The RN delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area.

The RN develops, implements, and coordinates a comprehensive plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.

Every other weekend is required.

Voluntary call is required.
