We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to support our middle market accounts.
If you have some experience in insurance - whether in small business, personal lines, or commercial - and you're known for your customer service skills, accuracy, and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
In this Insurance Assistant role you will :
- Assist Account Managers in maintaining client accounts
- Document client correspondence and policy activity
- Send and track policy changes and endorsements
- Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
- Jump in to support the team with other tasks as needed
What we're looking for :
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of customer service and / or administrative experience.Some insurance experience (commercial, personal lines, or small business)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesPositive attitude and team-first mindsetWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentBonus skills :
Familiarity with AMS360Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
