Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels to ensure material availability and minimize carrying costs.
• Oversee the planning scheduling and procurement of raw materials and components to meet production requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships performance and contracts to ensure quality cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems including cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production sales and engineering to align material flow with manufacturing schedules and new product development.
• Analyze material usage forecasts and market trends to drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead mentor and develop the materials planning and warehouse operations teams.
