Location : Columbia, MD

Schedule : Monday Friday | 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Pay : $16 $18 / hr (depending on experience)

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Associates to join our team in Columbia, MD. This entry-level warehouse position focuses on picking and packing smaller inventory items such as greeting cards, envelopes, boxes, office supplies, and printed products from our production facility.

Responsibilities for the Packing and Shipping Associate :

Pick and pack small inventory items and printed products accurately

Perform final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy before shipping

Weigh, label, and prepare items for shipment or storage

Maintain accurate records of packed and shipped items

Identify defective items and follow proper procedures for disposal

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Assist with stock replenishment or other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications for the Packing and Shipping Associate :

Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask

Good organizational and communication skills

Dependable and able to work well in a team environment

Comfortable standing, walking, kneeling, or crouching for long periods

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 70 lbs regularly

Must have reliable transportation to and from work
