Job Title : Executive Administrative Assistant
Location : Nashville, TN and surrounding areas
Pay Range : $18–$28 / hour (DOE)
Employment Type : Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct-Hire Opportunities
About the Opportunity :
We’re currently seeking experienced Executive Administrative Assistants to support senior leadership teams within top healthcare organizations. These positions offer the opportunity to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments that prioritize innovation, compassion, and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive-level leaders.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel logistics.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
Process expense reports and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Support planning for events, meetings, and company initiatives.
Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records.
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, preferably within the healthcare industry.
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and discretion.
