Civil Litigation Defense Associate

Our client, an established civil litigation firm with offices in San Francisco, Walnut Creek, and Nevada , is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Associates to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed California attorney with 1 to 8 years of experience, eager to develop litigation experience in a dynamic, team-oriented, and supportive environment.

In this role, you will work closely with a partner and, depending on your experience, may manage your own caseload. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of litigation , court appearances, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communications, and trial preparation . Trial experience or a strong interest in trial work is highly valued.
