A small psychiatric office paving the way mental health is treated and addressed is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ (other states are a bonus).

We offer our services virtually and in person, allowing our clinicians to have flexible schedules. Our providers specialize in talk therapy, mindfulness, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR for trauma, executive functioning coaching, career and life transition coaching, and medication evaluation & management.

Our office was founded in 2004 by a third-generation doctor with a devout passion for studying the mind since an early age of four. Dr. Vorobyev saw a need for compassion in psychiatry after working numerous years in the hospital setting.

From its inception and to this day, Jersey Medical Care is operated by Dr. Vorobyev and his family. Our team is comprised of a diverse team of medical professionals who practice partnership, professionalism, and acceptance with one another and our clients. Currently license as an LCSW, in New Jersey preferred - LSW / LPT will also be considered

Work Location : Hybrid / remote in Matawan, NJ - depending on home location

Requirements : REQUIRED LICENSING

New Jersey LCSW / LSW or LPT License

CANDIDATE SKILLS

Experience and / or completed training in CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and other therapeutic modalities.

Up-to-date Continued Education Credits.

Effective communication.

Quick learner with a curiosity for constructive feedback.

Experience with Electronic Health Records systems.

Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Ethics.

Understanding and practice of self-care principles.

Ability to set and complete goals.

Charting completed by the end of the day.
