Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase software implementations for our clients. This role requires strong consulting experience, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive projects from kickoff to go-live while ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementations, leading cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
• Client Engagement : Serve as the primary client contact, fostering trust, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance.
• Planning & Execution : Create and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively address risks and delays.
• Scope & Change Management : Align on scope, timelines, and budgets; prepare statements of work, budgets, and change orders.
• Financial Oversight : Track time, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay within financial targets.
• Communication : Lead client-facing presentations, steering committees, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and workflows.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
