Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase software implementations for our clients. This role requires strong consulting experience, exceptional client relationship management skills, and the ability to drive projects from kickoff to go-live while ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementations, leading cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
- Client Engagement : Serve as the primary client contact, fostering trust, managing expectations, and providing strategic guidance.
- Planning & Execution : Create and execute detailed project plans, monitor progress, and proactively address risks and delays.
- Scope & Change Management : Align on scope, timelines, and budgets; prepare statements of work, budgets, and change orders.
- Financial Oversight : Track time, manage budgets, and ensure projects stay within financial targets.
- Communication : Lead client-facing presentations, steering committees, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and workflows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in client-facing roles within software or product services companies.Project management expertise leading complex, multi-phase implementations.Consulting experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities.Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including giving pushback when necessary.Comfort with executive-level presentations and steering committees.Experience with statements of work, budgets, and change orders.Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable project plans.High ownership and accountability.Strong hustle and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative yet assertive; able to make tough calls when needed.Nice-to-Have Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.Experience in the legal industry or professional services environment.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
