Job description

A longstanding, financially stable multi-specialty group on Florida's east coast is adding a Family Medicine physician due to growth in the community. Join our physician-friendly practice minutes from the beach!

About the opportunity :

  • Total outpatient
  • Full-time with flexible scheduling. No evening office hours
  • Some telehealth visits
  • Call averages one weekend per month
  • A team of 15 physicians and several Advanced Practice Providers
  • Low turnover
  • Strong payor mix
  • The average daily patient census is about 20
  • Several practice sites, including three primary care sites

Compensation / Benefits :

  • First-year salary guarantee leading to partnership
  • The benefits package includes health, dental, vision, CME time and funds, 401k retirement, generous PTO, plus 6 holidays
