B2B Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a dedicated B2B Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support to our business clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a consistent work history. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role starts at $18 an hour and moves to $21 an hour. Quarterly bonuses are also possible based on company performance.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to B2B customer inquiries primarily via phone.
- Find and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential customer issues.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in a B2B customer service role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Consistent work history with a strong work ethic.Reliable transportation to the Carillon area of Pinellas County.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to learn new software quickly.
