Major Gifts Officer

A company is looking for a Major Gifts Officer responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of individual major donors.

Key Responsibilities :

Build and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 major donors, developing customized strategies for cultivation and stewardship

Lead donor engagement through meetings, proposals, and impact reports while supporting senior leadership in outreach

Collaborate with colleagues to advance fundraising priorities and contribute to cross-team initiatives

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in fundraising or a related field

Proven track record of securing major gifts from individual donors

Ability to build and manage long-term donor relationships

Experience with fundraising software and data analytics tools

Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
