Family Practice / Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Position : PA / NP

Location : St. Cloud VA Health Care System, St. Cloud, MN Salary : $9216 / week

Shifts :

• Monday to Friday : 4 PM - 8 AM (16 hours)
• Weekends : 24 / 48-hour shifts
• Option to work 1 week on and 2 weeks off as permitted by the VA

Average Workload :

License : Any State Active PA / NP license accepted Certifications : Certification in Adult Health / Geriatrics / Family / Primary Care, BLS Experience : 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Must provide 4 references with resume
