• Covid Test Required 72 Hours Prior to Start Date

Description :

Prescreen must be filled out and attached upon submission.

Resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

No new graduates.

Candidates must provide references.

A criminal background check covering all counties lived and worked for the last 7 years is required.

A federal criminal check covering the last 7 years or more is also required.

A multi-state criminal search (7 years or more) is needed.

A nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more) is necessary.

HHS / OIG and GSA searches must be conducted.

A Social Security Number trace is required.

Candidates must have a 2-step PPD or Quantiferon test or proof of a positive PPD and chest X-ray.

SAM search is required.
