The ideal candidate will manage and develop a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and participate in presales to meet departmental goals. The position is home-based, managing a team within your time zone.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading and developing a team of engineers across presales and professional services
• Solving customer problems and acting as a trusted advisor
• Mentoring, coaching, and providing career development
• Implementing engineering processes and representing the team to stakeholders
• Participating in leadership discussions and project planning
