Lia Toyota Wilbraham - Automotive Parts Manager

Overview

Lia Toyota Wilbraham is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department(s).

Compensation Range : $90K - $125K+

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Parts Wholesale including drivers and external counter sales with the goal of continuous process improvement and increasing Parts Department sales while satisfying customers
• Focus on improving Wholesale Sales by growing accounts and increasing Lia Brand loyalty
• Forecast goals and objectives for each department with the manager and train parts department employees to meet them
• Institute plans to encourage good phone skills, follow up and account service; train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all wholesale parts department staff
• Work closely to accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors; lead by example
