As a key player on the team, you will leverage your expertise to work with existing Wealthfront clients providing excellent service and guiding them through the process with the support of our innovative technology and tools. Strong working knowledge of Federal and state regulations including TRID and HMDA./liliDeep understanding of mortgage loan products and underwriting guidelines./liliSelf-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively./liliExcellent organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines in a high paced environment./liliDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and influence positive outcomes at all levels of an organization./liliIntellectually curious and interested in applying technology to enhance business processes./liliPrior experience in wholesale and/or correspondent channels/liliExcellent communication skills focusing on both internal and external communications/liliOpenness to adapting to industry changes/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulli2+ years of mortgage origination experience/liliMortgage Loan Originator License/liliStrong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines/liliSolid understanding of state and federal lending regulations/liliExtensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices/li/ulpEstimated annual salary range: $81,000 - $90,000 plus Equity and a discretionary bonus.
