The Opportunity :

This role is the critical first step in a construction management career. You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents, gaining hands-on experience in all phases of the construction lifecycle—from pre-construction to closeout.

What You'll Be Conquering (Key Responsibilities) :

• Assist in the preparation and review of submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring all plans, specifications, and reports are up-to-date and distributed to the necessary parties.
• Participate in project planning meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items.
• Support field operations by coordinating material deliveries, managing site logistics, and assisting with quality control checks.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
