Quality Assurance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of reports in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications

Verify clinical citations and ensure professional appearance of reports

Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide support to the Quality Assurance Department

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of IME or medical experience preferred

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general office equipment

Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
