Requirements :

MUST BE LICENSED in the State of Indiana or be in pursuit of Indiana Licensure

• MSW, 2 years of experience, and a valid LMHC or LCSW - Social Worker
• For Out-of-State Licensure Candidates
• : We will consider candidates who hold a valid license in another state and are able to obtain Indiana licensure via endorsement within 6 months of the state date.

Position Purpose :

To provide direct clinical and consultation services, individual, family, and group therapy for clients who are receiving treatment on an inpatient psychiatric unit. To participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned. Works closely with Psychiatrist, unit staff, and nursing staff to provide care and treatment to clients. Will complete treatment plans, assessments and assist in discharge planning, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned. Complete intakes and make appropriate referrals.
