For more than 20 years, parents and caregivers in Union County have relied on Novant Health Child & Adolescent Medical Group - Monroe to offer the primary pediatric care they need. At every stage of childhood-from birth through childhood and on to the college years-our team of pediatric providers is here to care for children when they are sick, and to help them stay as healthy as possible.

We offer comprehensive preventive care including newborn care, annual checkups and childhood vaccines. These appointments offer providers opportunities to address small concerns before they become larger problems. We offer same-day, next-day and even Saturday appointments.
