We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced facilitator to join our team.

Job Description : As a Substance Use Disorder / Mental Health Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our clients. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, providing medication management support, and ensuring the well-being and progress of each client. The counselor will work with a caseload of 6-15 clients and will have experience in addiction treatment and mental health services.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct group counseling sessions for individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) challenges.
• Collaborate with the treatment team for coordinated care.
• Monitor clients' progress and report concerns to the clinical supervisor.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Requirements :

Demographic of Clients : The facilitator will primarily work with individuals dealing with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) issues.

Starting Window : Immediate availability is preferred.
