A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator to support Care Management programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support Care Management and related teams, including Utilization Intake and Prior Authorization
Manage fax and task queues, process correspondence, and upload medical records into member charts
Provide clerical and administrative assistance for reporting and special projects
Required Qualifications
Experience in a clinical administrative role or similar environment
Familiarity with medical records management and healthcare processes
Proficiency in using TruCare or similar healthcare software
Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration preferred
