Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented New Patient Intake Representative to join our client's team in Tulsa. This role is responsible for reviewing and registering new patient referrals while completing initial insurance verification to ensure accurate and timely onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new patient referrals for accuracy and completeness
• Register new patients in the system with a high level of accuracy
• Conduct initial insurance reviews and verify coverage information
• Communicate with internal teams if additional information is needed
• Maintain compliance with organizational and privacy standards
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the intake process
