    Mona Shah & Partners Global (MSP Global) is a firm specializing in business investment immigration, particularly the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program. We have a large and diverse client base representing individual, institutional, and corporate clients around the globe. We use our expertise in structuring, configuring, and preparing EB-5 projects, Direct Entrepreneur projects as well as the I-526 Source of Funds memorandum. In addition to as well as crafting immigration solutions for businesses and individuals. A knowledge of non-immigrant visas such as L-1, O-1, and E-2 is a plus.

    POSITION INFORMATION :

    We are seeking a candidate for the position of Associate Attorney to assist in business immigration. The preferred candidate must be detail-oriented, be prepared to tackle EB-5 compliance issues, immigration, and regulatory issues. The ability to independently research is essential. We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in a small collaborative environment. Business Immigration experience is a plus.

    • EB-5 project assignments
    • Regional Center compliance
    • Drafting corporate documents
    • Staying abreast of industry changes
    • Research and analysis
    • Writing blog posts
    • Drafting request for evidence, notice of intent to deny, and motions for USCIS
    • Sourcing funds (forensic accounting)
    • Client interaction (especially high net worth individuals as well as developers)
    • Handling of E-2 (non-immigrant entrepreneur investment), L-1 (intra company) and O-1 (extraordinary ability) immigration cases
    • Occasional travel
    • Occasional podcasting and marketing contributions
    • Never a dull day in the office
