Project Manager or Architect (Boise)

Job Description : Join b.hills architectures team of Architects and Designers to work in Autodesk Revit on large and small Commercial Retail, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Multi-family and other project types.Candidate will work under Principal(s), and with other team members to complete all project phases to include Due Diligence and Conceptual Design, Schematic Design and Project Entitlement, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration.The position may require occasional travel throughout the western US.

Education, Experience & Skills Required : Preference will be given to those with an accredited Architecture degree and at least 5 years experience managing commercial projects in a full-service Architecture firm.We are looking for a candidate experienced in producing and coordinating construction plans and well developed and researched details. A working knowledge of or strong desire to learn Revit is mandatory and expertise in Revit is preferred.Concise, professional written and oral communication and collaboration skills are a must.Candidate should have the ability to think and visualize in 3-D.
