Job Description & Requirements Specialty : PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 09 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours Employment Type : Travel Job Title : Registered Nurse – PACU / ICU Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, 3x12 (6 : 45 AM – 7 : 15 PM) Overview Seeking an experienced PACU / ICU RN to provide care in both post-anesthesia and intensive care settings. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Previous ICU experience is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for patients in PACU and ICU settings . Monitor patients’ post-operative and critical care status, including vital signs, lab values, and hemodynamic monitoring. Administer medications, IV therapy, and provide patient / family education. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care. Maintain accurate documentation and patient charts. Requirements Experience : Minimum 1 year ICU experience. Certifications : Required : BLS, ACLS Preferred : PALS Skills : Must have completed PACU and ICU skills assessment prior.
