Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool

Position Overview : As a critical member of our Internal Float Pool, you will have the unique opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units, including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU. This role offers a dynamic work environment and encourages professional growth through diverse clinical experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units, adapting quickly to different workflows.
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Anticipate and respond to significant changes in patients' conditions, mobilizing resources as needed.
• Engage with patients and families to promote understanding and support learning needs.
