Position Overview : As a critical member of our Internal Float Pool, you will have the unique opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across various units, including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU. This role offers a dynamic work environment and encourages professional growth through diverse clinical experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Float between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units, adapting quickly to different workflows.
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Anticipate and respond to significant changes in patients' conditions, mobilizing resources as needed.
- Engage with patients and families to promote understanding and support learning needs.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 18 months of RN experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred).Must be flexible to meet scheduling requirements, including weekends and holidays.Training & Development : In this role, you will receive training in :
