An extraordinary opportunity awaits an accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee a private estate project near Bar Harbor, Maine. We’re seeking a polished professional with a degree in architecture or engineering and proven experience managing luxury residential projects along the East Coast—ideally in Maine. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, discretion, and excellence in every phase of construction and estate development. This project is building a large expansive luxury estate from the ground up.

In this highly visible position, you’ll serve as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring the principal’s interests are always the top priority. You’ll manage every detail from architectural design through completion, balancing creativity with disciplined oversight. You’ll also act as the project lead, directing contractors, budgets, and schedules with a hands-on approach, ensuring each project meets the highest aesthetic and structural standards.

Additionally, you’ll work closely with the family’s trusts, providing documentation and ensuring compliance for all capital improvements. This role requires not just technical mastery, but integrity, diplomacy, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-layered projects with confidence and clarity.
