Assessing patient needs and implementing customized care plans.

Coordinating discharge planning and providing patient education.

Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Licensure :

Registered Nurse license for the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education :

Completion of an accredited or approved Nursing program.

Experience :

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
