Location :  near Central Illinois-Lake Hill, IL (Remote)
Duration : 6 months Contract
Schedule :  M-F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate : $33 / hr / W2

Summary :
The main function of a sales associate is to sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. A typical sales associate is responsible for making buyers and purchasing agents interested in their merchandise, demonstrating their products and explaining how those products could benefit the customer, by reducing costs and / or increasing sales. The main function of a sales manager directs the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. A typical sales manager coordinates sales distribution and analyzes sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
Job Responsibilities :
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients and attending trade shows and conferences.
Skills :
Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required.5-7 years required.Responsibilities / Duties :
Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support for the sales teamConduct daily administration, pricing, condition, PUMI submissionAssist with NERP reportingGenerate, prepare, manipulate and analyze standard and custom reportsContribute to research projects using various other dataAssist in meeting group deadlines by facilitating processes, situations, and taking corrective action on issuesHelp with sales tool supportMaintain and audit account assignments and territory accuracyProvide backup support to team members as neededAssist with event coordination (i.e. BG, NECO, NATM)Dacor Sales OpsTraining sales teamsNew account setup supportNational account operations; claims, sales analysisBudget coordination / tracking for Dacor / Regional teamsAd Hoc projects as neededKnowledge, Skills And Abilities :
