Job description

A community health system south of Boston, Massachusetts, has an opening for a Medical Director of Family Medicine to lead their team.

About the position :

  • Provide leadership to the clinical staff
  • Maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly
  • Expanding our site space to include a new Retail Pharmacy
  • Opportunities to precept residents and students at the health center
  • 3providers
  • Flexible schedule with no weekend requirements
  • 1 : 1 ancillary support
  • Patient-centered care model
  • EPIC EMR
    • Who we are seeking :
  • MD or DO
  • MA licensed or eligible
  • 5 Years of experience
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine

Compensation / Benefits :

  • Generous compensation and benefits package
  • Guaranteed Loan repayment of $25k per year for 2 years,
  • State, Federal, and Loan Forgiveness Programs
  • 25 days of PTO plus 11 holidays and reimbursement for licensing and 5 days of CME plus $2500
  • Malpractice Insurance is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

    • Community / Location :

  • Desirable location in a seacoast community with easy access to Boston or Cape Cod
  • Located approximately 40 miles south of Boston, Massachusetts, in a region known as the South Shore
