Duties / Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager to ensure Intact delivery of expected client outcomes with outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Accountable for all aspects of the technical solution, including overall solution architecture, best practice configuration of the ServiceNow modules, and integration analysis and design.
• Provides guidelines, guardrails, and direction in implementation of solution.
• Supports presales solutioning efforts, and reviews statements of work.
• Participates in the development of estimating models, standard workplans / resource plans, and reusable assets to improve consistency of delivery.
• Mentors and develops more junior technical staff.
• Participates in the recruiting and hiring process for technical staff.
• Networking with peers on technical matters, design prototypes, system designs and enterprise-wide research projects.
• Provide hands-on development, when necessary
