Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Lightweight Insulated Concrete Batch Plant Operator. You will be operating a deck mate pump and leading the ground team for our Roof Deck division. A successful pump operator will monitor equipment operations and communicate closely with the Team. In addition to running the equipment, light mechanical duties are required, as well as set-up, tear down and cleaning of all equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Properly mix lightweight insulating concrete roof deck systems
• Prep the equipment site to keep the area clean during pumping process
• Set-up the pump, bulker, and other equipment
• Monitor flow of concrete while equipment is in use
• Repair malfunctioning equipment in a timely manner
• Recognize and report any unsafe jobsite condition
• Communicate clearly with ground and roof team members
• Daily use of two-way radios for team communication
• Perform daily preventative maintenance checks
• Complete and submit equipment inspection and maintenance forms daily
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
