Licensed Therapist for Oakland Practice

Overview

Dr. Vernita Marsh and Associates, an Oakland based private practice are looking for Licensed Therapists who are interested in utilizing their clinical skills in a growing private practice setting. The practice employs evidenced based holistic & psychodynamic approaches to psychotherapy and serves individuals, couples, and families presenting a broad spectrum of psychotherapeutic concerns. As a therapist in Dr. Vernita Marsh’s & Associates practice, you will be given comprehensive clinical responsibilities and opportunities to utilize your skills. Licensed Clinicians of varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide short term and long term individual, (Children & Adults),couples, and family therapy and related services, including intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Produce timely clinical documentation according with ethical, legal, and professional standards established by the California Board of Behavioral Science and the American Psychological Association.
• Participate in group consultation and the opportunity to present clinical cases in a didactic setting as well as the opportunity to collaborate with our clinical team.
• Assist, where appropriate, with crisis intervention and risk assessment.
