Join Our Neurosurgery Team!

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Neurosurgery Department , you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with diverse and complex neurological conditions. Located at Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 , we are looking for compassionate and skilled RNs to join us on the night shift.

What We Offer :

Competitive pay : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

About the Role :

You will care for patients undergoing :

Post-operative craniotomies

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries

Stroke care as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program

Your contributions will include :

Delivering and coordinating evidence-based patient care

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

Applying clinical judgment and critical thinking for optimal outcomes

Enhancing patient experiences across the care continuum

Requirements :

Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
