What Youll Do

Lead and motivate a high-energy crew through the rush

Deliver an amazing guest experience every time

Manage shift operations labor, food prep, and cleanliness

Coach and train team members to meet Jersey Mikes standards

Communicate clearly with your GM and fellow leaders

What Were Looking For

Great attitude and strong people skills

Reliable, professional, and ready to lead by example

Previous leadership experience preferred (restaurant or retail)

Passion for quality, teamwork, and personal growth
