Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of Silkroad Inc., a local FedEx Ground contractor, has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in Colorado Springs, CO!

Our delivery drivers provide service to both local residents and businesses, operating out of the FedEx terminal at 125 Troy Hill Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80916

Pay & Bonuses

Daily Pay : $160–$190 / day based on experience

Training Pay : $140 / day (1–2 weeks)

Peak Bonus : $30–$50 / day (for meeting expectations during peak season)

Schedule & Routes

Start Time : 8 : 30 AM until route completion

Days : Monday–Sunday (must be available at least one weekend day)

Work Week : 5 days per week (varies by route)

Stops : 120–160 per day

Responsibilities

Arrive on time at the FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages

Conduct pre / post trip inspections

Safely operate delivery vehicle

Scan and deliver packages to customers

Handle packages of various sizes (up to 150 lbs with assistance)

Maintain professionalism and customer service

Requirements

At least 21 years old

Valid driver’s license & clean MVR

Ability to pass background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)

Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Prior driving experience preferred (Amazon, UPS, DHL, USPS, or other local delivery a plus)
