Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily shipping and production operations on the 3rd shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate schedules and resources to meet customer delivery requirements. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation. Drive compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Lead and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
