Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8;On Call Pay Rate : $3637.50 - $3937.50
This facility is seeking a Hematology-Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity :
- Schedule : As Soon As Credentialed - ongoing; Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm plus night and weekend call
- Setting : Clinic and inpatient
- Types of Cases : 50% hematology, 50% oncology, 16-20 patients per day
- Credentialing Timeframe : 30 to 60 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : EPIC
- Certifications Required : Board certified, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Licensure Required : Active State License Required
