About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Operations Specialist to join our Customer Service team. This role supports post-sales hardware operations and ensures seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. Each customer order is treated as a unique project, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and investigative follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery timelines and align field teams
- Provide post-sales support for new hardware
- Replace hardware parts and document issues
- Manage non-warranty service requests
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and transportation companies
- Gather costs and manage customer invoicing
- Review and pull sales orders in Oracle
- Maintain data accuracy and service reports
- Proactively identify concerns and follow through
- Interface with internal teams and external clients
Tools & Systems
Heavy use of Oracle and FSSPHardware knowledge is criticalQualifications
Minimum 3 years of project coordination experienceExperience preferred over degrees (though degrees are valued)Preferred Experience
