Material Handler

The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting our 2nd shift operations by managing both inbound and outbound material flow. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials, components, and finished goods in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to logistics support, the Material Handler will assist with production-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process during the 3rd shift at our Lebanon facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process all tasks associated with customer sales orders.
• Adhere to FIFO in the warehouse for finished goods and raw materials.
• Assist in the covering of production with raw materials needed for making products, and the put away of finished goods from production to the warehouse.
• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Comply with all Quality Management rules for the facility.
• Report all inventory discrepancies to management.
• Ensure all forklifts are on battery chargers at the end of the shift.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times.

The work environment is temperature-controlled and extremely clean as it is a food production location. Employees are required to wear lab coats, hairnets and beard nets, gloves, and shoe covers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $44720.00 / yr. 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, company paid life insurance, company paid short term disability insurance, company paid long term disability insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

This is a fully onsite position in Lebanon, IN.
