Principal Product Designer

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Product Management team. This role is for our San Jose, CA office and is hybrid. Reporting to the Manager, Product Design, you will be responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end product designs across multiple products and creating experiences that delight customers
• Developing scalable and flexible global design guidelines to ensure consistent user interfaces as our product portfolio grows
• Rapidly visualizing and prototyping multiple product directions, validating hypotheses, and understanding business and technical impacts
• Driving innovation in experience design by applying best practices and deep user understanding through research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing to deliver a cohesive experience across all channels

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits. Base Pay Range : $133,000 - $190,000 USD
