Your New Role

Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating team management, client relations, and project oversight

Maintain communication with builders, purchasing agents, and inspectors, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer expectations

Supervise residential electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Monitor and improve work processes to ensure quality and efficiency across all projects

Strategize growth and operational improvements to establish Haskins Electric’s reputation in the Albuquerque, NM area

Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience with a strong management background

Proven leadership experience in electrical contracting or a similar field

Ability to work effectively with builders, inspectors, and purchasing agents

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for the past 39 months

NM Journeyman License Required
