SurePods, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a Field Installation Manager to oversee the installation process of prefabricated bathroom pods at construction sites, ensuring seamless integration with the project schedule, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves close coordination with general contractors, site teams, and the manufacturing facility to ensure a successful and efficient installation process. The office location can be remote with approximately 75% travel. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following :

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee field crews, subcontractors, and installers.
• Provide training and support to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
